They work great. As I get more paints, I plan on buying more. I feel bad for the customers who had balls that rusted. But it worked out fine for me.I ordered these to act as agitators for my reaper paints and they work perfectly. Small hinged box is ready to open and the balls are just right for agitating paint.Fits fine in every paint bottle brand I've used up to this point. Didn't rust. ALWAYS test shaker balls in a saltwater bath overnight to make sure they're really stainless. Comes in a convenient storage pack.Pretty round. Fits in paint bottle. Pretty shiny.After carefully reading through some posts here of metal ball bearings for paint, these were the ones I choose. A lot of reviews said it didn’t rust, but I still tested mine in salt water for 2 days and no rust was present at all. These are perfect for paint agitators! I definitely recommended them as they won’t rust and mess up your paints.With the variety of these bearing balls some of which are just chromed steel that does rust , I also tested these in a cup of salty water and let them sit for 2 days. They are fine. Rinsed and dried and now safe to put a pair in a paint pot or dropper bottle as needed.paint agitator,I used to use BBs, but decided steel versions might be better.Might be less reactive than copper and what ever else might be the solvent.I started with bebes at first and had to replace with these mixing balls due to rusting issues....QUICKLY! These are very nice, large and do a great job of mixing paint in 17mm jars. I'm sure other sizes too.
