It is snug for a fully optioned cart bag. Took a little to get used to but works for its intended purpose. It is a hard case but definitely marred on the trip. Without it would have been looking at quite a bit in club repair.I have seen a lot of negative comments regarding this product, which I can't agree with unless individual's expectations are so biased as to expect perfection when including airlines and airport staff. I just returned from Mexico and transported two sets of clubs there and back. The cases performed with no damage to the case. I used a WiTbelt K200 TSA approved Lock with Bluetooth for each bag and left the cases locks unlocked. TSA opened both cases to examine the contents, one case had a lock that was loose (in its housing) after I got home and undid the four locks, but not damaged. The other case had one lock that had been twisted in its housing due to what I can only guess was a good bang from the baggage handlers.I expected the cases to protect and provide security for the clubs. I think this was achieved ONLY because I provided TSA an easy method of inspection.Ready to use the cases again in a few months.I bought this to be able to check my golf clubs in their bag on an airline and it was perfect. All I needed to do was place my golf bag as is with the clubs, tucked my shoes in and closed it up. It was that simple. An easy, no frills travel case that has wheels and locks. Works super well; definitely worth the price. You can spend $100 more for a padded zippered case, but why? This is a hard case, protects your clubs perfectly and has wheels.Today I'm returning the replacement Plano Golf Guard DLX which Amazon shipped me over Memorial Day Weekend. Like the first one the carrying handle pulled out when I gently picked it with a typical load in it. For years I have been using the slightly smaller Plano Standard Golf Guard to carry my fencing equipment to tournaments across the country. I broke 3 of 4 very flimsy latches and have been using a strap with a TSA lock to keep it closed. I know other fencers who have been using this DLX case with the only issue being the non-TSA locks on the latches and unlike the Standard case no holes for inserting a lock. I figured out a way around this and ordered a Plano Golf Guard DLX from Amazon a month ago.Because of the geometry of the Plano Golf Guard DLX, my fencing equipment fits better in this case as I had hoped. However, after a tournament as I was carrying it only partially loaded (perhaps 15lbs) up a flight of stairs, the carrying handle pulled out and the case careened down the stairs. Fortunately no one was behind me. The screws pulled out of plastic handle assembly and dropped into the case. I took a look at the reviews and discovered this had happened to several others in the last couple of months but decided to request a replacement from Amazon which they shipped to me so very quickly. I did not wait and tested the replacement Plano Golf Guard DLX immediately. The handle failed on the first lift, so I'm returning it for a refund this time.Plano manufactures these Golf Guards here in my home state of Illinois. The lack of quality control is very disappointing as there is no excuse.This is the perfect case for me, so I will watch the reviews to see if Plano appears to have solved the problem with the resin they are using. Perhaps I will order another one it 6 months.I purchased this case for a travel hard case for my inflatable stand up paddle board. It is a little thin but does what i needed it to do. All the components of the board including the paddle, pump and backpack all fit nicely.PRO: It is good size, held my golf bag, shoes, and a dozen extra balls with no problem. It was bigger in size, I noticed, as my bag and others were dropped at oversize luggage. It has an indented handle at the end opposite the wheels so it can be pulled. Decent plastic strength, sturdy--nothing is going to hurt the bag inside.CON: The locking clasps are NOT TSA approved. At check-in for a flight, a luggage handler actually took the time to insure I had not locked the clasps, so it must happen A LOT! I was concerned with the clasps, as they EASILY open if something brushes under them. One clasp on one leg of the trip was open upon arrival at baggage claim.In order to keep the thing secure, I also bought the "Samsonite Luggage Travel Sentry 3 Dial Combination Strap" which I then wrapped through the middle top handle tightly. TSA opened the bag BOTH ways.There appears to be no other method to lock the bag and yet allow TSA access--a real shortcoming.And the "Frequently Bought Together" suggestion by Amazon for this purchase is useless. Don't do it.I like the overall product. It's not any room for shoes or any thing that not in your bag. But for the money it's a good dealCase is sturdy but probably won’t fit into most trunks mine will only fit in the back seat. The latches need to be pop riveted in place or latches will pop open, the key locks are a total joke and not worth locking because the will break, 2 out 4 on first use for me. If I buy a really expensive set of clubs I will upgrade case as well.Case is tough but the lock tabs are extremely weak. Used one time and the lock latch broke off, the other 3 tabs were bending and would have failed very quickly. Sorry to say I had to return it and did not want to replace it with another due to the weak locking tabs.Worked well for my Vegas golf trip last January and look forward to using again.Tough as nails at a fraction of the cost.Love it.Buena calidad.
