I bought these for a friend that couldn't close her hand. Donc, je n'ai pas beaucoup de force dans les doigts et je dois serrer fortement la balle. Ce qui est un bon exercice pour moi. Contrairement à quelques avis, il n'y a pas d'odeur particulière émanant de la balle. En plus, elles sont emballées séparément et livrées dans un sac pratique pour les ranger. Je les recommande.The Stress Balls were better than expected. They are soft enough as to not tire your hand, but firm enough to give you that stress relieving squeeze. They are holding up well and they cam in a carry pouch, which is also of very good quality. Highly recommended!These are not stress balls.
