It is sturdy and the perfect playground and 4-square ball.Bought this because the kids popped two 8.5" regular balls whilst playing 4-square in the street. I have forsythias bordering the street next the the 4-square box and the ball always ends up in them and 2 balls popped within days. I ordered this one since it is heavy duty but the weight is too heavy. In order to use this ball you have to punch it with your fits to get it to go any distance, hitting with an open hand doesn't generate enough force to make the ball travel very far. It's a good heavy duty ball and most likely will never pop but not sure what games would apply since it is soooo heavy. Kids are all 7th grade +...It makes the boing sounds, it bounces just right, perfect for my kid.Just like the balls they use at school to play dodge ball: my boys love it and play with it inside and out. Expensive but very good quality and worth the moneyThe best! Got a purple and red to distinguish between indoor basement ball and outdoor ball for our toddler. Such a great size as we found with his little legs that a bigger ball hits too high on his leg/ shin if he’s trying to kick and run and has toppeled over the bigger sized ball a few times. It’s funny if he’s not hurt but we can’t take our chances and the ball isn’t always used on a soft surface!These balls are super durable and soft enough that if a little one gets hit decently hard it’s not a traumatic injury!A must have!The ball comes deflated, as the description says. So having a pump to inflate the ball is essential. Overpumping and leaving it outside in the cold seems to make the ball warp in shape, and it no longer stay round. This cannot be fixed once the warping has happened. But the price is can't be beat! And if taken care of well, this ball is great for teaching young kids to dribble or pass, as it is soft and easy on small hands.Poor quality. Came defective, looks and feels defective. Even if you inflate it to perfection, so it is totally round, the balance is off so it spins and bounces oddly.Not recommended. Will probably return it.There's a piece of rubbermmissing , and youccan ssee a whole "band" of a different thicknessoon the ball.Better spend extra dollars on a better brand.Las pelotas venía aparentemente bien, ya cuando las inflé se inflaron disparejas, a una le creció por un lado otra bola y tuve que sacarle aire. Al momento de rebotar se van hacia otro lado por lo mismo. Incluso, una que ni siquiera habia inflado tanto tronó en ese mismo rato. No las recomiendo para nada!These balls looked perfectly fine, when I started to inflate things went wrong. All of them grew a bump, one had the bump so big I had to deflate it to a smaller yet bounce-able size. One of the balls popped in that same day and it wasn't inflated much. I do NOT recomend these.
