These are great cold weather balls. They deliver good distance, and are very soft. I believe the extra compression of the ball on the club face helps the ball develop decent if not great spin with well struck shots, even with some of the longer clubs. They definitely do not stop as well as the top of the line balls, but will hold greens well enough in reasonable conditions that one can adjust for the difference in roll out. Feel and distance control when chipping and putting are good, so long as one is not attempting a soft shot requiring high spin. I don't think they do high spin, at least not for my skill level. The color is great, really standing out against gray skies and dormant Bermuda. When the temperature drops, and the top of the line balls feel harder and don't spin as well as usual anyway, this is as good a ball as I have found. Until something better comes along, it's my winter ball.
