I bought these beads as a starter to having ben wa balls since I could not trust all the ben wa balls listed here (customers complaining of paint fading or chipping off in them, or stress balls falsely being advertised as ben wa balls) and have had no regrets.I chose mini since the regular looked unnecessarily huge. I love how with these beads, you can customize how heavy you want it and work your way up, I think that is absolutely fantastic to give your customer the ability to gradually strengthen themselves.Unfortunately for me, I can only use the blue ones and not the pink ones at all because I'm so strong down there thanks to using the kegelmaster. But the blue ones provide me with the weight I need to feel like I'm actually holding something and so I'm satisfied. I hope Lelo makes heavier balls, though!!I tend to play games with myself with these balls like "sucking a ball inside" and pushing it out using my PC muscles. I usually use it without a sling when I want to entertain myself but when I want to hold it inside the entire day, I use the sling.Because the balls in the mini are metal, they do tend to be more audible so running and jumping may give rattling. But the sling usually absorbs a good amount of the noise. The vibrations feel lovely though!Anyway, wonderful beads and I've enjoyed them for these few months that I've had them.
